Leipzig

When I visited Leipzig, Germany, to examine figurines in the Egyptology Museum at Leipzig University, I stayed at the Sleepy Lion Hostel near the center of the city. The hostel is very clean and wonderful, and the staff are great! I met several nice German people there and still keep in touch with one or two of them. Leipzig is a very beautiful city, and was rebuilt after severe bombing during WWII so that it has a dynamic blend of modern and traditional architecture. It is one of the nicest places I've ever been and I can't wait to go back to visit!
